There seems little point in being given a phone number by customer services that is obviously unmanned, after reading the reviews and having spent hours listening to the sodding phone ringing, I am of the opinion that the branch in question should have an answer machine which should be checked regularly, and they should ring CUSTOMERS back.(and they have the cheek to raise the postage prices)..
