"Is VO5 Colour Mousse off the market?"

In South Africa there is no better colour mousse than Alberto VO5, especially for grey hair. I have used it for a few years and it works very well for me. Now there is none to be found in any stores or chemists. What's happening? My daughter in Cape Town has searched there for VO5 Colour Mousse, but to no avail. (I used the colour "Beige Blonde").
