"Ridiculous.."

I spent hours calling the depot with no reply everytime. The sender says my parcel has been at there depot since dec 21st still no parcel. That's nearly 3 weeks now.. Ridiculous that the depot is only open till 1pm for us to collect.. Service is a joke! .
