"Where's the opening times??"

A review of Royal Mail by Mr S written on Tuesday 5th of October 2010

So, I check with the sender who kindly finds out the parcel is in the Basingstoke depot for the last 4 days.

Having no card left I need to find out the opening times. Simple you might think, but no, the website is useless, perhaps it's in there somewhere but after 15mins I give up. Finally get the info from a fellow complaining reviewer! .
