"St Joseph's"

A review of St Josephs Catholic Church by Basingstoke Gent written on Thursday 11th of March 2010

St Joseph's is a large church serving the Catholic communities to the West of Basingstoke, as far out as Oakley and Overton.

There are 3 weekend Masses and with a congregation of around 150 at each Mass, it can be difficult to find a sense of community and belonging.

Also, the music is of a poor standard as the church lacks a director of music or semi-professional choir.

However, this is surely the most orthodox of churches in the area (even the "High" All Saints has a woman vicar now!!). .
