"Low Standard Service"

My experience of Taylors is of somewhat disgust and sheer disappointment. Calling to make an appointment was painful and took at least four attempts before I got through. When I did, I made an appointment. On arrival I was greeted by no body, the desk was unattended and staff walked past me without serving me. Finally I got into the cutting chair and had my hair cut. I cannot qualm about the quality as the cut was ok but the service was very low. Simply put, I will not return to Taylors..
