"Wasp house invasion after nest treatment."

Following a call the team were prompt to allocate someone to help us. This was done promptly and could not fault that part of the process. The wasp nest was in an inaccessible part of the roof and had to dosed on the outside. We were told at the time of treatment that the nest would be dead mostly over a couple of hours with maybe a few stragglers over the next 72 hours.

6 hours later we came downstairs to find that over 100 wasps ( both dying and fully alive) had gained access to our house in a scene from a horror movie. We were told that overnight nothing could be done other than shut the door to the room andmleave it over night. A second dose was done the next day ( there was no move made to actually get a better look at the ebst or check if there was a secodn nest)And again we were told that within 72 hrs it would be over.

A week later and the nest still shows activity and we are still regularly having wasps come into our kitchen and bathroom which was not a problem until the nest was treated.

We have tried contacting the company several times to ask for further advice nor call outs and they have ignored all emails. Given they were the most expensive quote received and in alot of ways made the situation worse ( we literally can't really use our kitchen due to the wasps coming in) would absolutely not recommend.

£135 was the price quoted. Other places quoted 100-60 for their service. We only went with these guys because they could provide the soonest appointment..
