"Possibly the insurance company to be ok, but .."

Sent my smartphone for screen replacement at AWS Insurance. They've promised the service is Samsung approved and Samsung knows about the ongoing repairing. Searching little bit online I couldn't find anywhere anything about this repair shop. But trusted the insurance company.

When the phone arrived back (after a long waiting btw), the screen was new, as the frame. Happy days! Or at least this is what I thought at first sight. I later noticed the rear cameras produced blurred images, because the lenses HAD GLUE on them and the front camera WOULDN'T FOCUS anymore, no matter I tried. The pen wouldn't work either. Sent 2nd time, not solved. Just cleaned little better the lenses, but glue still there and blurred images. THe front camera wouldn't focus at all, the focus was fixed at distance.

I got enough and I decided to quit the payments.

When sent for the 3rd time already, to a new insurance company, they found the pen connector wasn't connected at all, but sitting UNDER the mainboard. The old battery was stick in place with GLUE. Now I have to replace the front camera and the rear cameras as well. What was wrong with those guys from the first repair shop? If you can't do a job, find something else to do, don't destroy people's expensive phones. I'm still paying for it, really!

I am really upset about the experience. I don't have time to argue and make scandals to solve these issues, but. incredible how some are simply insulting you and pretend everything is all right! If I would've done such mistakes at work (CCTV engineering), I would've been fired the very second day. No place for such mistakes. What kind of QC do they do after they do the repairs? None! I'm absolutely sure about that. Because at the end the engineer could've just dial *#0*# and a menu with all kind of tests for screen, pen, cameras, sensors etc etc would have appeared..
