"Missing parcel (attempt 4)"

I am informed online I had a parcel delivered on Saturday 4th July 202 , I have been waiting since June. The supplier gave me that info after I complained about all the delays.

I have not received the parcel, I was in that day as were my wife and two of my children, and there was no card saying at neighbours or in safe place put in the door.

I cannot get to the parcel office between 7am and 11am as I am now back at work and the telephone system just barks information already supplied so I cannot discuss.

I would like my parcel o some form of compensation, it circumnavigated the globe, Priestley road to Oakley should have been easy.

Who do I hold accountable? I am without my parcel and out of pocket.

Shambolic is the only description.
