Extremely helpful and polite driver.

I was feeling low afer counselling and he cheered me up with some amazing stories.

And been using Alpha for many years , never have i had help with my shopping bags before.

Its a shame though i found out today that the loyalty cards you gave out, the money comes out the drivers pocket, i didnt think that was fair.

But thanks for many years of a great service. Long may it continue..
