"Selling a voucher for something they no longer do."

My partner purchased a voucher for me for Christmas for nail extendionextensions. He specifically asked if the £30 voucher would cover the costs and they said yes.

Yesterday I phoned to make an appointment only to be told they have stopped doing this service of which the lady told me it was before Christmas last year.

I also found out that they are closing down on 31.5.2019.

What a said, they said to me well you can spend it on our range of hair products. I WANT NAIL EXTENTIONS NOT PRODUCTS..
