"The lady dispatcher is rude"

A review of Alpha Cars by Badly treated customer written on Tuesday 19th of February 2019

One of the lady dispatchers is very rude. I asked to speak to a Manager and she won’t put me throughout a Manager or a more reasonable person and she claimed to be the Manager. I told her I have been taking their taxi to the same destination over a period of time and including recently yet she was was going to charge me 50% above the normal cost of the taxi for the same journey. She was saying the location was elsewhere based on what she typed in and I was telling her the locating she was quoting was wrong yet she refused to consult with any of her colleagues instead she proceeded to warn me about the way I was speaking to her. Alpha cars has a poster in their office saying the customer is always right but the lady does not share their philosophy. I really dislike dealing with people who have no sense of customer service.

Alpha car drivers are nice but some of the deatchers are plain rud and really have no sense of customer service. I do not know why the council allowed alpha cars to swallow up all other taxi services in Basingstoke. It has gotten into their heads that they no longer care about customer service. I hope the owner(s) of alpha taxis read this and do something about it..
