"Unsatisfactory Repair"

I wore a gold chain, round my neck, for a very long time (years). Eventually the clasp broke. While on a trip to Basingstoke in October I had the clasp replaced. I waited 2 weeks for it to be returned. The clasp was very flimsy, in my opinion not adequate for the chain and consequently has only lasted 3 weeks. I cannot return it as I am no longer in Basingstoke. Note to oneself, only get jewellery repaired where you live..
