"Can't speak to the Basingstoke store direct rubbish will buy my new compute"

I wanted to ask the store a question or two about a deal they l had seen in store yesterday but l was told by a guy at central that I could not speak direct to the store he said I need to go back to the store to speek to them as it about 20miles for me I think I will buy my computer elsewhere boy that's customer service for you.they won't get any of my business ever.
