We booked at car to pick us up at the end of a wedding at 12:45am. The driver never turned up so, at 12:49am, we called him. He told us he "couldn't find" the venue so had been sent on another job, leaving us stranded and suggested we call the office. The office couldn't have cared less. They said it was "our fault" because they have a five minute maximum wait time but we called after 4 minutes so the driver should still have been waiting. Luckily Alpha Cars came to the rescue!.
