The staff are a very nice, friendly and professional bunch. Helen who runs the salon, goes out of her way to make her customers feel comfortable. They're fully aware there's competition all around them and endeavour to keep their customers with the servoce they offer.

Why, I am even offered a seat and a much needed cup of tea as soon as I get there.

The Banks can learn something about Customer Service from them..
