"Re-directed Mail still going to my former address"

I paid £119 for 12 months to have my family's mail re-directed to our new home. In the first month I learned that mail was still being delivered to my former address. A formal complaint was lodged with the re-direction service who told me that they would contact the Basingstoke sorting office and I would hear back. It has been a week and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. The number for the Priestley Road sorting office just rings and rings and no one answers. If Royal Mail cannot provide the service, then they should not be offering it. I have wasted so much time on this matter and Royal Mail staff are clearly not interested..
