"Boris bags after sales service"

Having spent a lot of money in Basingstoke branch of Boris I was very disappointed to find when I had a complaint re their eco lite suitcases I was told to go on line and contact them. They were the point of sale so they should be responsible when the product fails. Eco Lite give a 5 year guarantee on their products. The first time this case was used the wheels had a mind of their own and would not steer and the fabric split across the bottom. Boris staff were not interested. Sorry go else where in future..
