"Kept waiting 3x15 minutes"

A review of Specsavers by M Carroll written on Wednesday 11th of May 2016

My appointment was for 10.45,initially I waited 15 minutes for the first check-15 minutes plus for the actual test and finally so long after selecting new frames that after 20 minutes I could wait no longer.

Either the branch was over-booked or understaffed.

I left,exasperated and will not return.

On my experience-if there was a minus rating I s-would award that with 5 stars..
