"Wrong post being delivered"

My father who is a pensioner has told me that he has post pushed through his letterbox that does not belong to him and that this has been going on for months. I tried to call the Basingstoke depot but the call was never answered. Looking at the other reviews I was surprised to see lots of the same comments. Whats wrong with the Postmen & women these days! People could be waiting for hospital appointments or other important letters which is just not good enough. My father, who lives in South Ham does post the letters back through a mail box but its not always straight away and frankly why should he! Get your act together and employ decent people who care enough to do a good job!.
