"Collecting a parcel"

Come on royalmail! You need more than one person serving on pickup. it can be during the week or a Saturday and u have one person serving. I am standing in a que of 27 people. In this day and age more people get parcels so it would make sense wouldnt it. good buisness sence should not be new to you. Oh well hope you can help and make queing go faster. what you going to do when the town gets bigger? Kind regards and sorry for the moan mrs bailey..
