"Disappointing service"

A review of G & E Antonelli by Disappointed written on Saturday 11th of July 2015

Having been recommended to enquire here about pocket watch repairs, I was disappointed to be treated in a totally dismissive manner by Mr Antonelli. I could hear him tell his assistant that he could'nt do the work because he could not get the spares even though she tried to tell him that I had bought a selection of spares with me. Common courteousy should have at least prevailed by speaking to me personally. I was only 3 feet away from his open door. Age clearly does not lead to good manners. Such a shame.
