I posted a letter which included a St Christopher necklace (no value) in November to a child living in Buckskin. It never got there. My sister sent a small item in a letter to the same address posted end December and that also never arrived. Is there a problem at this Sorting Office? I don't want to make a claim, I just expect when I post a 1st class letter for it to be delivered..
