"Lost birthday card."

A review of Royal Mail by Robert Walls written on Thursday 23rd of October 2014

On Monday 6th October I posted a birthday card first class in Camberley to our daughter who lives in Basingstoke. It is now 23rd October and there is no sign of the card. In 50 years of using the publicly owned post office I know of only one item that was not delivered but since privatisation two have disappeared without trace. .
