Our normal milkman is wonderful - never misses a day to deliver milk. He must be away at the moment. No milk was delivered yesterday and, when I rang to enquire (twice) I was given a different story each time. I was also told that the milk would be delivered today instead - no milk and no papers have appeared. Further, the so-called customer services people to whom I spoke were utterly useless, one of them bordering on being extremely rude. If it were not for Dave (our normal milkman), I would certainly cancel my order. .
