"Why no post?"

Since they went private I get my post every other day sometimes first thing in morning other times after 3 even 5.30 several times. Can't get through on the number as rings out then cuts you off. Someone sent a recorded delivery letter a week ago and it is a no show and tracking shows PO is dealing with it but no details. What on earth is happening to the Royal Mail it is becoming a joke!!!!!!!!!!.
