"My street gets my mail, but not me?"

Over the past few weeks my mail keeps getting delivered to any other house in my street, but rarely mine, I don't want other people getting my mail thanks, and some of the residents don't want to do your job by having to walk to my house and delivering it. We've had birthday cards and letters not arrive....is that due to post office losing them. Or other households not wanting to pass them on to me.. For goodness sake sort yourselves out, and answer your phones..
