"Parcel not delivered again!!! Shame on you."

My parcel arrived in the UK on 21 February, apparently Great Hollands depo tried to delivery it. Their excuse, they could not find the address, and second excuse there was no one home. No note in the door regarding attempted delivery. Address very clear on parcel. Lucky I managed to get the tracking number and found out my parcel was being held at Basingstoke. Now I wonder what would have happened to my goodies if I did not managed to get my parcel redelivered to my work. Not acceptable Post Office, people rely on you, and you want us to feel sorry for you when braches get closed down. I don't think so..
