"Long wait for appointments"

I have been listed with Old Basing for 28 years and the service has gone from bad to worse. On several occasions it have taken up to a week to get a telephone appointment, and then to be told you need to see a doctor and have to wait another 2 weeks to see one!

On one occasion the Receptionist said it was more than her jobs worth to give me an appointment? she could only arrange a telephone appointment.

What has the world come to...

Come on Dr.Weaver and co lets see an improvement soon. .
