"Rude and unhelpful"

Having always ordered from this takeaway before despite it being a bit pricier than others i expected that when one of our items wasnt delivered i would recieve an apology and the item to be delivered asap. This was not the case. i was asked several times what was missing from the order asked to count how many containers at least 3 times all whilst our food was getting cold. This time consuming made me rather annoyed as at this point had been on the phone for nearly 15 minutes so when they finally admitted they had not sent the order i asked that they deliver the missing item and refund us for this. I felt this was quite fair as they had made the mistake and i can imagine in other cases and restaurants they would have done this (or even refund the whole meal) so as to continue to get the service. I have had this happen with dominos in aldershot who always deliver good service. The lady on the phone was insisting she could not do this so i asked to speak to the manager. When he came onto the phone i explained the situation and he would not listen and became very rude and clearly did care about the customer even after i staed that we were regular customers but would not order to them again, he still did not listen and sted that he didnt care if a complaint was made. they finally delivered the missing item with some free prawn crackers. which i have to say was a complete joke as any other chinese would give these for free for an order that was £40 anyway. My advice is definately go with another chinese that would be better value for money and value its customers!
