We dined at the gamekeepers last saturday evening and what a fansatic meal!I had pan fried breast of pigeon on braised lentils with a truffle sauce and to follow a perfectly cooked fillet which was served with dauphoinse potatoes,baby spinach and an amazing red wine jus which the next time i dine there i must ask the chef how it is made.
