""Minor Changes" cause Total Inconvenience"

A review of Stagecoach by Disgrunted - Saturday 16th of January 2010

The so called minor changes to the number 1 bus service are causing total inconvenience for many service users!! The bus no longer goes to the railway station on return from town, leaving passengers struggling with suitcases from train travel, or shopping from Sainsbury's, having to get through the town down to the bus station. How is this providing a service for the public? Since changing the number 1 route and taking off 5 to Kempshott Park, this service has gone from bad to worse, with buses not turning up and times all over the place. What is going on???
