I purchased an uwatec prime 18 months ago at the london dive show . went diving , had a great time . got home , downloaded dives from the prime . no problems , all ok . went diving again , got home , oh no ! cant dowload a thing , cleaned every thing changed batteries . no good . went diving again , got home .again . no download . contacted scubapro . oh dear they said . well ! sent it back to us and we will have a look . 7 days later , postmans at the door with a box . inside , a brand new prime . we all know that things go wrong and that cant be helped . scubapro . well done . no quibbles or knock backs . i will use you again and spread the word . oh ! and a word for hannah who dealt with everything . well done and 10 out of 10 for you
