"Suits not for you Sir"

If you are asking for reviews of your suit department, those items provided are excellent and service by the staff is always great. But the one bugbear that I have is that you don't do a second pair of trousers for a suit. The consequence is that despite shopping with you for many years, I am now looking to buy my suits elsewhere. 
If you are able to even provide a second pair by order only this would be OK, but apparantly this is also not available.
