Such friendly staff, you're instantly welcomed by friendly faces on reception, who engage warmly to you and your pet. Jonathan (Vet) is very sympathetic and calming, putting your companion and you at ease. You know your pet is instantly in the best hands. Jonathan really does go that extra mile to answer questions you don't think to ask. The nurses also put in extra effort to provide the best service, especially Katie. The pet care plan they provide is excellent value for money. I would recommend GP Vets Basingstoke to anyone..
