I am so impressed . I went for half a head of highlights with Rachel . Lovely friendly girl who really knows what she's doing. 100% professional . All staff are warm & friendly & nothing is too much trouble , they use the top products and I felt totally pampered last night and so happy with my colour just in time for Christmas .
