"Service could have better"

We had a pick up in the early hours to the airport very friendly driver.but he didn't know the m3 junction 7 was closed for repairs which has been for several months.he asked me if I new the junction was closed.had to do a detour to get to bagshot and back on the motorway.also the driver was driving over central white line and drinking coffee.I will use alpha cars again but not if I have to travel after midnight..
