Well, that seems to be what every single one of your customers think. There's just one very big problem - WE CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DROP SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT?

Please explain and re-introduce it asap. Your once faithful customers are beginning to lose faith in your company.

Please believe that there are many, many people all over the world who are in the same state as I am. There is NO substitute.
