"Left texts on home phone for a pick up elsewhere at 1130pm???"

Because my husband called on our home phone to make the taxi booking and he wasn't asked for a mobile number when the taxi arrived he left a message on our home phone and then drove away! We were checking the road but saw no car come or go. Called again for a mobile and found out this had happened so they promised a car in 10 mins and they would call or text my mobile - nothing happened again and yet the taxi text our home telephone no again? I rang again and was told we had two no shows and that means they won't come back so at 1230 pm we had no choice but to walk home! Not what I call a service?😡.
